Our approach is to match the right materials to the application, using only trusted, high-quality marine products backed by manufacturer warranties.

Each piece is built with longevity in mind. High-wear areas—such as corners, snap lines, and rub points—are reinforced to withstand repeated use. Areas prone to spray or water exposure are sealed with rubber welting to improve water resistance. We utilize premium marine thread, including SolarFix® PTFE where appropriate, offering exceptional resistance to UV exposure, mold, mildew, and water. Heavy-duty #10 zippers are used where required to provide long-term strength and reliability.

Window materials are selected based on clarity, durability, and intended use, including high-quality extruded vinyl options designed to resist separation and maintain visibility over time. All applicable hardware, snaps, and framework components are marine-grade stainless steel, chosen for strength, corrosion resistance, and a clean finish. Functional design features—such as zippered and snapped bow pockets—are incorporated where beneficial to allow for easier installation and a more precise, secure fit
